Komatsu 240-8 excavator is a medium-sized hydraulic excavator produced by Komatsu of Japan. It is widely used in earthwork, mining operations, building demolition and other fields.

Electronic control injection system
Position-controlled distribution pump: The injection amount and timing are controlled by electromagnets and sensors in a closed loop to improve fuel efficiency and reduce emissions.
Time-controlled distribution pump: The oil overflow ring is cancelled and a high-frequency solenoid valve is used to directly control the injection on and off, which simplifies the structure and responds faster.
Electronic control pump nozzle technology: The injection pressure is as high as 200 MPa, and the high-pressure oil pipe design reduces pressure loss and improves combustion efficiency.
Hydraulic system optimization
The closed hydraulic circuit design is adopted, and the action coordination is good, which is especially suitable for high-frequency soil throwing, loading and other operations. Users report that the loading speed in P mode (high-efficiency mode) is better than that of similar models.
